The company was commissioned by the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) to carry out a FACILITY CONDITION AUDIT (FCA) at identified properties owned by GIANT Hypermarkets, KFC Holdings (M) Bhd and Kamdar Bhd. The purpose of the FCA is to provide baseline information about the overall physical state and condition of the identified properties.
