GFM fully undertakes the responsibility of planning, execution, control and monitoring of all tasks associated with the maintenance function through a single point of management contact. GFM shall be fully accountable for the outcome of the service delivery performance. The measurement of the effectiveness of the service shall be based on a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
